Salem Jazz and Soul Festival - 2026 Vendor Marketplace

Join us for our 19th Annual Festival on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at the Salem Willows in Salem, Massachusetts! Our carefully curated vendor marketplace is a festival highlight, showcasing exceptional handmade and artisanal products.

Vendor Information:

  • Limited space available (30 vendor spots)

  • 10' x 10' space allocation

  • Fee: $160 per space

  • The juried selection process begins in early spring 2026, and vendors are accepted on a rolling basis

  • Final decisions made by mid-June 2026

Corporate Vendor Option:

The festival accepts a limited number of lead-generating corporate vendors at $350/day. Please email vendors@salemjazzsoul.org for more information.

Important Notes:

  • Food and beverage vendors are not accepted

  • Applications are reviewed through a juried selection process

  • Payment information will be sent directly via email upon acceptance

  • Be aware of scams: We NEVER request payments through social media platforms or Messenger

  • Sharing tents is not allowed

  • For spaces larger than 10'x10', please contact us directly
