Off Cabot is a 150-capacity live performance venue in the heart of downtown Beverly, just a few blocks from the historic Cabot Theater. Opened in 2022 as a partnership between The Cabot and John Tobin Presents, Off Cabot was built to be the perfect intimate complement to The Cabot's 850-seat main hall — a place where audiences sit close enough to catch every punchline, every lyric, and every grace note.

The fully-accessible space pairs old-world charm with modern production value: parquet floors, natural woodwork, an elegantly curved oak bar, a Grand Piano, marble restrooms, and a full complement of professional sound, lighting, projection, and video. The result is a room that feels like a hidden gem and performs like a touring-grade venue.

Programming runs the full spectrum of live entertainment — touring stand-up comedians, live music across genres, drag and burlesque revues, magic, storytelling, open mics, game shows, and dance parties — making Off Cabot one of the most eclectic and exciting nightlife destinations on the North Shore.
