The 9th annual Salem Jazz and Soul Festival will take place at historic Salem Willows from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m the weekend of Aug. 15-16, 2015. The event is FREE! The two-day festival will include a 21-plus beer garden, an artisan’s fair, a kids tent, free music-education classes and more. Bands will be announced in the spring so please check back.
